Jewelry Display

I have recently become aware of a further use for Jewelry Display Stands. That is to say not just the standard use of displaying jewelry to sell. Why not use the wonderful variety of Jewelry Display stands and holders to organize and display your personal jewelry at home?
Several months ago I broke my large jewelry box in a move. I wrapped my jewelry in a towel and then stuffed the towel in a large zip lock bag for safety. Well, needless to say, I did not wear much jewelry after that as it was so hard to get to and I also lost a valuable ring somewhere in that unorganized mess. I had to find a good way to keep my jewelry safe and organized!
I went to visit a friend and she showed me her latest home project. Yes, using jewelry display stands, Jewelry Display and a large jewelry box she had created a completely organized and beautiful display for her jewelry.
I told her my story and that I had been looking for a solution to storing my jewelry safely and organizing it in such a way I could find what I was looking for at a glance.
Whether you sell diamond or costume jewelry you have competitors, so drive ahead of your competitors by simply adding colors to your packaging. Most jewelry retailers generally display on black velvet or beige displays. They also generally give the customer either a white cotton box or if selling high quality jewelry a generic black velvet box. Some of them even display inside these boxes. Using these plain colors is standard in the industry and also boring.

Phat Pants

Phat pants or phatties are a cut of jeans worn by ravers that are fitted at the waist but get wider down the legs all the way to the ground where they enclose the feet due to their width. Phat pants are usually worn by ravers and can be used as a visual identifier. Usually made of denim, but can be made of any material. Ravers will often customise their phat pants by covering them with reflective materials of their own design, the brighter the better. This can help with recognition at raves.

They hang loosely on the pants from carabiners at the waist, and are usually brightly coloured webbing with a reflective strip sewn down the middle. Usually, the binding ring at the back is a heavy metal, which helps the braces to swing out in an arc around the dancer when spinning.
Phat pants were worn by ravers in the early to mid ’90s and can still be seen in the early to mid ’00s and later. While popular in Melbourne and around Australia, in most portions of North America, however, the reign of the phatties has passed and they are steadily becoming less prominent in the rave scene.
Phat pants come in many forms and designs, ready made or can be made to specific requirements of the raver. The measurement usually needed is that from the waist to the floor so that the bottom of the pants only just touch the ground, this is need to make sure the pants stay in a hanging circular shape to conceal the feet.
Green Belt

Purposes
In those countries which have them, development in green belt areas is heavily restricted. The stated objectives of green belt policy are to:
Protect natural or semi natural environments;
Improve air quality within urban areas;
Ensure that urban dwellers have access to countryside, with consequent educational and recreational opportunities; and
Protect the unique character of rural communities which might otherwise be absorbed by expanding suburbs.
The green belt has many benefits for people:
Walking, camping, and biking areas close to the cities and towns.
Habitat for wild plants, animals and wildlife.
Cleaner air and water
Better land use of areas within the bordering cities.
The effectiveness of green belts differs depending on location and country.
They can often be eroded by urban rural fringe uses and sometimes, development ‘jumps’ over the green belt area, resulting in the creation of “satellite towns” which, although separated from the city by green belt, function more like suburbs than independent communities.
History
The Old Testament outlines a proposal for a green belt around the Levite towns in the Land of Israel Moses Maimonides expounded that the greenbelt plan from the Old Testament referred to all towns in ancient Israel. In the 7th century, Muhammad established a primitive form of a green belt around Medina.
He did this by prohibiting any further removal of trees in a 12-mile long strip around the city. In 1580 Elizabeth I of England banned new building in a 3 mile wide belt around the City of London in an attempt to stop the spread of plague. However, it was possible to buy dispensations which reduced the effectiveness of the proclamation.
